Dale is a freelance travel writer specializing in equestrian sports, golf, adventure (biking, skiing, scuba diving, caving, rafting, sailing, kayaking), and the Caribbean.

 

She is the immediate past president (2011) of the 1,200-member professional association, the Society of American Travel Writers, and a member of the Golf Travel Writers Association. Her career includes experience as a staff editor for newspapers, magazines and websites. Dale has been a freelance writer/editor for more than 25 years.

 

Her articles have been published in diverse outlets, including AAA World, the Robb Report, Caribbean Travel & Life, Meetings & Conventions, LINKS, Global Traveler and the Dallas Morning News.
